Grand Özer Hotel

"I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and eager to make my stay comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed. A major plus was that the reception staff are fluent in Arabic, which made communication seamless and added a very personalized, welcoming touch to the experience.The hotel’s strategic location is perfect; it is situated right in the heart of the city, providing easy access to all the major attractions and business hubs. Despite being in such a prime, central area, I was impressed by how quiet and peaceful the room was. The soundproofing is excellent, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.Furthermore, the cleanliness was outstanding. The rooms and all common areas were kept in pristine condition, showing a high level of attention to detail and care for the guests' comfort.

During our weekend trip to Istanbul, which was our 6th journey abroad this year, we had specific criteria in mind: a satisfactory restroom, refreshing shower, comfortable beds, and a convenient location. I truly appreciated the staff's incredible friendliness and their unwavering readiness to assist. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and towels were changed daily. The hotel's location was definitely a plus, being incredibly close to the historic center. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, even without taking a taxi. Additionally, it offered great value for the money.

The room didn't quite match the photos. It seemed a bit smaller and simpler than we expected. Nevertheless, it didn't significantly affect our comfort since we only used the hotel for sleeping. There was some noise from the cars outside, even with the window closed. The cleanliness of the toilet was not perfect, but I wouldn't say it was dirty either.

Thanks a lot for this hotel... We  enjoyed staying at this affordable hotel... The price is reasonable.. The location is excellent.. Near from all means of Transportation.. The room and toilet are clean.. The staff is very helpful,especial Mr. Ahmed and Mrs. Mahaba.. Our next visit Isa we will for sure choose this hotel.... Thanks a lot...

It was a very nice experience. The stuff was very helpful and very kind. My arrival was very early and they accept me and give me a room also at the departure I left the hotel late.thank you very much Grand FM.

Staff, especially Amir made his best in order to make our stay more comfortable and the breakfast, which started with delicious soup, crispy and warm bread

To improve breakfast and vary it`s topics (it means not to be the same topics every day). Also it`s better if we choose by ourself what we need to eat (open buffet) if possible. And to provide toilet paper rolls for toilet rooms.THANKS

Thanks a bunch for everything, i liked everything,first i was afraid after reading some comments,but if i come to Istanbul again, i will definitely stay in this hotel. Thanks a lot for Barbod Shahali, he is really helpful ????. Of course to a boy who is 16 years old and studies at school,i don't know his name?????. Thank you guys!!!!!!

The location of this place is perfect ,you could go to all tye tourist attractions easily,breakfast timing was very flexible .all the staff was doing your their best to make your stay a pleasent experience.

to start with, the breakfast is the same every day, fried tomato cucumber and black olives, plus a bit of cheese which is a bad thing because we don't have the same appetite every morning. It would have been ideal and perfect to have a buffet like in most hotels with a variety of juices.The state of cleanliness of the room and the toilets especially which have never been cleaned throughout the period, in addition to the towels which are torn. And I did not understand how two people can use a single towel because each time I have to ask the receptionist when I return in the evening for a second towel.also we did not find the hygenic basics of a hotel room , for ex ( toilet paper i have to go outside and look for it by myself on the housekeeping closet, there was no toothpaste on the toilet...)Finally there was no elevator, the stairs are tight and not safeworst hotel stay in my life.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is very good, helpful to meet all my requests, especially the receptionist,gamal, who was very helpful and helped me a lot. The hotel is very close to the metro and from the Aksaray tramway
